I’m delighted to have been asked by RichRelevance to speak at a half day seminar to launch their new Personalised Search product.
There has been little innovation in search for many years, and this new product has the potential to dramatically transform the way shoppers shop online.
It will also have a significant impact on the way retailers have to approach their content strategy and production, which is one of the issues I’ll be focusing on in my presentation.
